Well I finally got orientation out of the way! Three days of blah blah blah! I got my first schedule picked out and everything so I am taking geology, chemistry, a chem lab, rhet, and ed psych. Only 13 hours b/c astronomy and this microbiology class were full or conflicted. I'll conflict them! Shoot... So anyways this is always subject to change, I'm just glad I got the ground work done. So other than that I must help edit my dad's book and work A LOT over the next weekend at good ol' Walgreens... ::rolls eyes:: Eh, at least I get to hang out with people tonight and most definitely (unless somethign changes) go to the hookah bar tonight! Yay for the hookah, minus my cough. Note to self: don't buy leopards b/c they'll one day turn on you and rip you scalp off. (Crazy lady on Montell... TV is rotting my brain!)

So I'm sitting here in the ISR dorms (soon to be my residence hall as well) playing on the computer waiting for something else to happen!! I have had a slooooooow agonizing day b/c just about everyhting that could go slightly wrong has indeed gone wrong. Had to pay $96 for just being here which i wasn't supposed to pay in the first place so now the parental unit is going to be mad pissed that there was money involved... Plus this stupid cough won't go away and I had a major coughing fit during one little lecture thing that was horribly embarrasing! Now I'm just bored... Eeek Oh well, what can ya do? At least it's almost over! Hope everyone else's orientations go muuuuch better than mine did. Despite this, I can't wait to start college and get into the groove of things! Woot woot!

Woot woot!

I am in beautiful, sunny, WINDY, hot Colorado right now on vacation with the family! I finally get to see the Rocky Moutnains which I have been waiting for forever! We are getting ready to go camping at the moment in the Rockies so I must go on extra careful watch for bears and mountain lions. I also got to see an AWESOME hawk today at my mom's friend's house and I wish I could've gotten a picture! The two day road trip we took here actually got me accustomed to long drives so I'll be all geared up for some road trips later as well ::crosses fingers:: Had some weird dreams last night though about lots of my sword fighting friends... I'm probably just excited about geddon next week! woot woot Other than the cool scenery and driving not much has happened yet so I will report back later. Yay! Oh and we got to see the original Pony Express which was pretty cool and incredibly small. We are soon gonna be hiking up Pike's Peak and seeing some dinosaur fossils so it's gonn be a good next couple of days! I'll no doubt be horribly tired by the time we get back! Oh and I know Martha said that Travis likes sunset pictures so I got one of the Colorado sunset and will get some better ones when we're in the mountains. Yay for camping!

Ok so I'm actually making an entry in this thing... And I don't even know what to say! Well, tomorrow I am leaving for Chicago to visit relatives and then off to Colorado for a week with my mom and brothers! I'm just happy I get to see the mountains... and avoid ya know the bears, wild animals, ticks, some diseases like rocky mountain spotted fever... curse you microbiology class! I was happier not knowing all those new ways I could get sick and die! Oh well what can ya do, avoid the animals.

Graduation went decently well... Martha, the Keiich, and Leod were there! Wish everyone else could've been! I must write out thank you cards tonight as I pack. Oh the fun never stops!

Woot woot! And for graduation my mom bought me the History of the Lord of the Rings... he he he... my precious! AANNNDD a big Legolas blanket that I saw at Hot Topic! Sweet dreams, ya baby ya!

Ok so I hope everyone is satisfied with my actually having entered something in this live journal after having it for a freakin two months or so... all for you Kaye and Shuchi!!
:-) Alright, that is all.
